The Journey
GP Property Care began as a small family business with a simple mission: to help people care for their properties with reliability and pride. For founder Grant, property care has been a lifelong journey. Growing up, he spent weekends mowing lawns and maintaining unit blocks his parents owned, learning the value of hard work and attention to detail.
Grant’s diverse working background – including time in the Army Reserve and as a teacher – has shaped his dedication to service and excellence. In 2023, when Grant’s late father could no longer manage his yard and the exterior of his home, Grant stepped in to help with lawn mowing, backyard clean-ups, and general maintenance. This experience rekindled his passion for helping others and inspired him to offer affordable, high-quality services to those in a similar situation.
Later, he founded GP Property Care with his wife, combining his love for helping people and working outdoors with a commitment to serving his local community.
Now, as a proud husband, father, and grandfather, Grant brings his values of family, dedication, and a strong work ethic into every job. He prides himself on building meaningful relationships with his clients, always valuing good people, great communication and excellent service.
When he’s not working, Grant is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a passionate supporter of the Canberra Raiders and Manchester United, and a lover of time spent with his family and two dogs.
